Slackroid Marketplace supports Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (availability depends on product and location).

What happens if my payment fails but money is deducted?
If a transaction fails, any deducted amount is automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How is the estimated delivery date calculated?
The estimated delivery date is calculated using our delivery checker, which considers your pincode, product availability, and courier service timelines to give you the most accurate estimate.

Can the delivery date change after placing an order?
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery date, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistics issues. Any updates will be shared via email or SMS.
How can I track my order after dispatch?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be available under My Orders and sent to your registered email or phone number.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, Slackroid Marketplace delivers only within India.
Returns, Replacement & Refunds
What is the return or replacement period?

How do I request a return or replacement?
Visit My Orders, select the product, and choose return or replacement within the allowed window shown on the product page.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection and approval.
Are all products returnable?
