Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Applicable to Slackroid Marketplace (marketplace.slackroid.com)

This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from Slackroid Marketplace, which is owned and operated solely by Slackroid. All products listed on the Platform are sold directly by Slackroid.

This policy is governed by applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.

Returns Policy

Return eligibility is clearly indicated on the product detail page. Products marked as “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return. Slackroid reserves the right to refuse returns for items returned in unacceptable condition or purchased under special promotions or clearance sales.

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within three (3) days of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may be designated as non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or regulatory reasons. In exceptional cases, Slackroid may authorize a return or replacement at its sole discretion through customer support.

Return Refusal Conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete product returned
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Missing tags, accessories, or original packaging
  • Fraudulent activity or repeated abuse of the policy

Exchange Policy

Exchange eligibility is subject to product availability and serviceability at the delivery address. Only one exchange is permitted per order.

If an exchange product is unavailable, the request may be converted into a return and refund, subject to policy conditions.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Check eligibility in the “My Orders” section.
  2. Initiate a return or exchange request.
  3. A Return or Exchange ID will be generated.
  4. Hand over the product in original condition at pickup.
  5. Product undergoes quality inspection upon receipt.

Products failing quality inspection will be returned without refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Promotional benefits and discounts applied at the time of purchase shall be forfeited upon return.

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed to the customer’s bank account or Slackroid Marketplace balance, as applicable.

Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days from the date the returned product is received and approved after inspection.

Instant Refunds

Instant Refunds may be offered on eligible orders at Slackroid’s discretion. Such refunds are subject to system validation, pickup confirmation, and fraud-prevention checks.

Additional Guidelines

  • Electronics must be reset and cleared of personal data.
  • Warranty cards and accessories must be returned where applicable.
  • Returned or exchanged products are not eligible for further claims.

Policy Governance

All return, exchange, and refund requests are evaluated solely by Slackroid. This policy may be updated periodically, and users are advised to review the latest version available on the Platform.
